Yes and NO effing fish in photos!
NO sticking out huge flaps of tongue, makes me want to puke. And NO other women in the photos, not even an adult daughter as we don't know if she's a fling or not. - Oh, and also not an old photo you cropped to get your ex out. Most of the time we can still see her hand on your shoulder or her hair, and you lean into the-previously-present ex. At least make the effort to take a fresh new photo! Haha, I don't like to go into the 'don't do this' stuff, but this had to be said, lol. |

All love is true love or it isn't love, it's something else. What if I'm not looking for love on a dating site? A dating site is a tool that can be used to find someone you 'might' fall in love with eventually. The 'falling in love' part comes after you meet face to face. After you personally interact with each other. This tool is used to find potential love interests that might be willing to meet in person. Are only 'fit', 'well groomed' men qualified to be loved? I'm disabled and worn out. Should I just give up looking for someone? Its kinda hard to feel 'inspired in life' when life is constant pain. |

Well, as an individual, I don't agree with all the pointers the other ladies have given, however, you could, at the very least make sure your age listed by the program matches the age in your blurb.....if you have one. Which you should put at least something if you don't have one........and could I please trouble some of you men to put up semi-recent photos??? (if that hasn't been mentioned already)

As someone who isn't at ALL attracted to clean shaven, clean cut, short haired guys...I have to give a shout out to what some women refer to as "scruffy".. There are a LOT of bearded, shaggy/ longer haired guys in the arts (music and what not, for instance), or acedemia that are not "dirty' or "unkempt"... We all like different things. But I agree 100% about guys who put "tell you late" or "ask me" on their profile are not worth anyone's time.. Very few want to have to essentially play a form of "20 Questions" *just* to see if you have anything ~at all~ in common with he person... But, I speak only for myself here...if you disagree, thats fine. |
