i think that some people deserve to be hated,because i think that there is two different types of hatred...
there is RATIONAL hatred,and IRRATIONAL hatred! because there are some people out there who do some pretty dispicable things,such as nazis,rapists,and child molesters,and it is totally rational to hate people like this. there are also people out there who thrive on their own hatred,use it as a tool,and spread it like a disease,such as donald trump! he hates immigrants!.... he hates muslims!... he hates hillary clinton!... he hates democrats/liberals... he hates anybody who says anything negative about him... this is what i consider IRRATIONAL,and self serving hatred! he has made a political career out of irrational hate,and inciting other people to irrationally hate because of their own ignorance, simply because it is a convenient way for him to manipulate people,and he does it without any sort of remorse to take advantage of these people who arent smart enough to realize that he is using hate as a tool to manipulate them for his own purposes. and,i believe that if you dont RATIONALLY hate a person like THAT enough to speak out against them,then there is something wrong with you,because if you dont openly oppose them,then you are silently condoning them,and your silence only empowers them,because you are offering no opposition to counter their irrational hate,which they take as permission to continue behaving in the same way that they are currently doing,and continuing to spread their irrational hatred like the disease that it is. so,IMO,not ALL hated is a bad thing! |

Hate is natural. Hate is common. Hate is not healthy. One can learn discernment without hate. Hate is the extreme end of the scale. One can be aware of the evil in the world without hating it. Disassociation, disgust, anger, mistrust, despise and all the other similar words used to describe negative assessment are not the same as hate. Hate, being a negative mindset, cannot yield positive results. Hate has no compassion. Hate has no tolerance. Hate drive vengeance. Hate seeks to destroy. Hate consumes. When someone thinks they exist in a constant state of love or hate they are deluded. Life seldomly operates in extremes. Thinking hate is beneficial is pretty twisted. Hate isnt natural, hate is a choice one learns Hate is common, okay Hate is not healthy, I dont agree , I agree if it consumes you its unhealthy can one learn discernment without hate? of course, I did say hate is instrumental of learning discernment skills I agree hate has no tolerance, compassion, no arguments there but for the rest , we will agree to disagree Like I said to Goingforasong, I commend him and others that has the ability to turn the other cheek But and I say this with all due respect individuals are unique and not everyone has the same abilities and why we look at things differently, you may not be able to hate and function, but I can and others like me has and I live a very good productive life even with my "flaws" of hating. ?Curious? What makes you think I was talking to you specifically? While your opinions in this thread may have had some influence on what I wrote, so does others opinions. Plus, what makes you think by offering my own opinion, that I dismiss or attack yours? According to the thread view count, there are other people reading this thread. One last thing, I am not concerned with your view of me. My contentment does not hinge on your approval. Be well citizen...

I didn't say you were Tom, I was just addressing your post, nothing more nothing less. its a open board, Ive never sought to offer approval or want others approvals, so Im not sure why the need to lash out like that. |

Generally, I take people one at a time. If I like you, I like you. If I don't like you, then I don't associate with you. Physiognomy and skin tone have little to do with it. Too bad that's not true for society in general. Anyone who condemns an entire group or race out of hand is a pea wit, pure and simple.
