It's been blue skies today but frosty, talk of a bit more snow at the weekend possibly 3-4 millimetres so the country will come to a halt

Both my son and my boss told me to second guess and have faith in my abilities.

If I'm offered the position, I am going to take it.

I just got 3 more requests I'll have to narrow it down a bit for the winter position

I've been working. Just got back to my room. I won't be leaving here until April 11th or later, depending on which job I choose. My 4 month contract ends on the 11th. They'll keep me longer if I want to stay longer though.

Cool, day was good, sun was out thanks. do you have more applications to do?

I'm not filling out anymore applications. I do have a couple more interviews, I decided I owe it to myself to at least speak with them. I kind of jumped the gun with the Mackinac Island one because of the pay and it being close to my sons.

Realistically, they are off weekends, I will be working weekends, so we might get to visit once or twice while I'm working there. My son wants me to do what's best for me and what will help me career and independence wise, so I don't end up going back to Florida. He's a smart kid.

My interview with the Head of Housekeeping position is tomorrow. And the place in Maine wants to interview me. That's a server position in a really cool place. But I'm pretty much looking at doing the Wyoming supervisor one, and if that falls through, I will choose between Maine and Mackinac Island.

I woke up twice last night with clear messages that I need to challenge myself and give myself more opportunities to grow. The Mackinac Island job doesn't do that.

It's something that is constantly on your mind, awake or sleeping. you've done more than most would so something will come from all the work you've put in

Hi SweetyPhi Thank you. Yes, Mackinac Island is beautiful, I've been there a couple times when I lived in Northern Michigan. I might still be working there, just feel I need to speak to the lady about the supervisor position.

How far are your son's from the mackinac job?

My one son is a couple hours. He's married and they both work. My other son is about 4 hours away and works too. Their jobs are week day jobs, my job would be weekends with one or two off during the week. Only one for the most part.

Oh, I'm sure you'll be able to sort something out. even if they come see you at the weekend evening maybe.

Probably, unless I take the Wyoming job. Then I'll go there in October to visit for a couple weeks.
