I just got another interview

This one is for the Head of Housekeeping position. I told her I don't have experience but am willing to learn and she wants to interview me tomorrow or Thursday

I'm going out for a bit, going to go shoot some pool with Brian for a bit. Probably won't be out to late, he's got to work tomorrow. lol

WooHoo!!! I got the job on Mackinac Island! The shared apartment is free. We both have our own room and she's around my age. The position is for seven months. YAY... I get to see my sons, it's been way too long.

I'm sure it will suit my needs, at least I hope. I'm already second guessing myself, though. I do that I just can't help think of the other two positions that recently came up that want to interview me.

Actually, I still have four interviews. The Head of Housekeeping is a really good opportunity career wise. I would be supervising all the housekeepers and servers It's near Jackson, Wyoming on a beautiful ranch and free horse back riding. She wants to interview me today

The other is the Maine position, but that's only because I'd like to go to Maine, lol.

The Mackinac Island job won't be great career wise. It's mostly cleaning rooms and doing laundry. A little bit of Front Desk/computer work. Less stressful as far as not being in charge of the whole department, but stressful in that the managers are clean fanatics....course I'm a perfectionist, so that could work

I guess I just wanted to go somewhere I haven't been before, primarily a dude ranch. The place Spottted Horse Ranch is at is absolutely gorgeous and has a river that flows through the property. This position would be the most challenging.

But maybe right now challenging isn't what I need. Right now I'm thinking I need to feel connected again. And this position I accepted will definitely help with that... it will be like being a part of a family, and I will also be close to my sons, which will help with that too.
