It's funny how on a hot humid day like today I will wish for cooler weather and when it is cooler weather I will wish for warmer weather. Typical man, I can't make up my mind.

Generally, when someone thinks of weather they are thinking of the weather in the atmosphere in which they dwell. There is sub-oceanic weather that includes algea blooms, undersea storms and plankton density. Then there is what is known as space weather that includes solar plares, cosmic rays and proton density. For your city to have a different weather than the atmosphere would require it to be a closed system. Do you live under a dome? |
