I'm cool with it. At least they took interest in following through and apologizing for the mix-up. That shows me that I matter as an employee.

Got word from my old work place. The HR Director doesn't know right now if there will be employee housing or if it's in my best interest to return to Florida considering my family situation down there.

He said if I say it's in my best interest, then they will try to work with me, but I should seriously think about it. I can't say that it would be, at least not right now. Aside from that, neither trailer is habitable at this point.

So it looks like my adventure here in Colorado might continue throughout the summer

WooHoo, I'm being made Assistant Supervisor next weekend.

I've got two dates that we're trying to push to go stay at Estes Park Center. February 13, 14, and 15th...or the February 25, 26, and 27. Next week is kind of pushing it, and I would have to get someone to work for me on the 15th, but the last weekend I've been approved for time off, it's just a matter of coordinating with the other staff to see if they can get off.

I got the two other locations that are sister groups to the YMCA here. One is only summer, but the other... in Upstate NY is year spring, summer, and fall. So that would be a possibility if I stay here for the summer. They only let you stay for 8 months as a seasonal staff, then you have to go somewhere else for four months before coming back.
