This morning I woke up on the hour, to the minute. I was sleeping lightly before I woke up so I know there were no human sounds that woke me. I do not believe my internal clock is that precise, but I have woken up EXACTLY on the hour to the minute significantly more often than say +/- 10 ten minutes. I hypothesize there is some neighbor down the street who turns a light on in their window or something, which changes the tune of the bird chorus in the area. Bird chorus is the best alarm clock ever .

I'm thinking about what to do today since I have a day off in a way. I have a few things to do this afternoon, but so not used to having Saturday night to do something.

Trying to remember the name of my grade school music teacher. I was thinking of the song "Gypsies, Tramps and Thieves", that Cher sang and reminded me of my former teacher who looked like her - tall, thin, long dark hair. This was in the 70's. I can't remember her name. This will bug me.
