There is no answer to that question, it varies. When it comes to men, it often depends on their age. Younger men tend to be more focused on their own pleasure than their woman's, older men take great pleasure in pleasing a woman. So in that sense you could say somewhat older men are better lovers than their younger counterparts. But there's some who will never learn the ropes. Good love making requires technique, general knowledge of what makes the other sex tick, interest in the other person, learning and finding the other's sweet spots etc. Basically sensing, paying attention, feeling. Lot of men aren't really good at that...

Interestingly, I have never been with a woman,,,so I cant be sure but, being a woman, I dont think sex defines the better lover, I think the skills of observation and unselfishness do,,,

My opinion, in teenage affection is greater than love. Men & women understand original meaning of love after their maturity. Both can love blindly(mental). Understanding and attention is must. As for physical, women need more time for their satisfaction(orgasm) and men has short time for it(erection). But men always can upgrade or update them self through information/knowledge, learning and exercise.
