In the sci-fi realm, discovery of other life and a purposeful change to celestial bodies is enough to cause man to unite and cooperate... but, let's face it, the more advanced race would need to tell us to stop being mean to our brothers and sisters and clean up our planet -or we wouldn't get any dinner

Dont mean to seem unsympathetic, but it seems viruses might be the dominant species... and perhaps more intelligent :(

The Tree of Life Project

puts the "archaea tree"

and the "eocyte tree"

at the root.

Viruses:?

Double-stranded RNA Viruses (monophyly uncertain)
Single-stranded Negative Sense RNA Viruses (monophyly uncertain)
Single-stranded Positive Sense RNA Viruses (monophyly uncertain)
Single-stranded DNA Viruses (non-monophyletic)
Double-stranded DNA Viruses (non-monophyletic)
DNA-RNA Reverse Transcribing Viruses (monophyly uncertain)

In cladistics for a group of organisms, monophyly is the condition of being a clade—that is, a group of taxa composed only of a common ancestor and all of its lineal descendants.

A clade, also known as a monophyletic group or natural group, is a group of organisms that are monophyletic—that is, composed of a common ancestor and all its lineal descendants.

In biology, taxonomy is the scientific study of naming, defining and classifying groups of biological organisms based on shared characteristics.
There are seven main taxonomic ranks: kingdom, phylum or division, class, order, family, genus, species.

The basis for the biological classification scheme is similarity of morphology (shape) and phylogeny (evolutionary history). In addition, the processes that led to these similarities are also used in biological classification.

The International Committee on Taxonomy of Viruses authorizes and organizes the taxonomic classification of and the nomenclatures for viruses. The ICTV has developed a universal taxonomic scheme for viruses, and thus has the means to appropriately describe, name, and classify every virus that affects living organisms.

All viruses that have an RNA genome, and that encode an RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRp), are members of the kingdom Orthornavirae, within the realm Riboviria.

Viruses are the smallest biological particle (the tiniest are only 20 nm in diameter). However, they are not biological organisms so they are not classified in any kingdom of living things. They do not have any organelles and cannot respire or perform metabolic functions.

That's what I thought -but I wasn't sure

I guess you have to draw the line somewhere. Still... getting bested by a particle... perhaps worse

Not universes but worlds the main one I was in was similar to earth but not so regulated ,lots of crime and corruption and a renegade, dog eat dog world, corruption was rife

Multiple universes which were parallel -separate, but residing in the same overall framework would be more likely than many of all possible configurations as an explanation for fine tuning. Ours may be as one of many on a "universe vine" -never know.

according to what I've read and the anomolies since they started tampering with Stargates and CERN, I would say yes. what do you suppose a time crystal would be used for anyhow? quantum computers and all the future of digital or augmented reality and digital twins... another layer of weird.

the Mandela effect is something a lot of people have talked about, but it gets into extremes of many people experiencing objects disappearing with witnesses, people recalling entirely different lives with their families but suddenly waking up as a child in parents home, etc... man people have described branching off of alternate dimensions where entirely different realities existed.

there is a disruption in the frequencies. ....all things are created by and exist within frequencies. now imagine some event being just right to disrupt the frequencies or transmit elsewhere. might this affect the brain waves and upload an entirely different reality? among other phenomena given the right conditions...

Wish I could find a parallel universe; rather take a chance there then live under a totalarian government that want to take full control of our lives.

:earth_africa: Earth is one of the planet I'm living an it's a part of universe.
Now parallel are tracks which makes a good flow of railway or metros :train::steam_locomotive: But haven't heard of parallel universe in any university.. yes in movies it's possible :grin:
I'm still not understood earth properly so thinking of other planets in universe or it's make over is highly impossible.. Humans should be human's.. :palm_tree: plant more tree's to save earth:thumbsup:

I believe the cosmos is that big that everything&anything possible will happen there are also just some things we can't comprehend or see if we were to see it with our own eyes

The only thing I have experienced that may slightly point to something like a parallel universe is little snapshots of deja vu. When I was younger I would see something going on right in front of me that seemed like I had seen before. Only lasted a second or so. I just figure my mind was playing tricks.

I have had numerous experiences with the paranormal throughout my life. I don't know about more than one universe ( I've learned anything may be possible). However I do believe in dimensions & have even experienced an opening (or portal if you will) to another dimension.

Think about where there’s an up there’s a down. A mirror. There are parallel realities. There’s one universe. There’s millions of galaxies inside the universe. But some call it a matrix! They blasted a particle with a machine several years ago (2012) and discovered the GOD particle. This is called C.E.R.N and this is what is believed to have cause the Mandela affect. They blasted the particle to try and replicate what they think happen in there’s so called Big Bang. So look out for more Mandela affects. Something to think on.
