ok promise last question..lol... ... is it frustrating having so many tourists in your town... . that is do you sometimes say to yourself bloody ....tourists.... .... I can imagine all your restaurants and local pubs just packed full of people from other places.... must get a bit irritating...? |

As for tourists, they can be bluddy annoying, depends where they're from. We get a lot of Germans here, there attitude is usually not very pleasant. But we need them as without them some 80% (maybe even more) of the economy in this county would collapse ... Restaurants, shops, supermarkets will have to close their doors, meaning life for us locals will get less pleasant. Many would lose their jobs. I would love a summer without all the friggin tourist, have our beaches to ourselves for once! But yeah... we need them to survive. I spose it's the same everywhere. From what I've understood Scotland's tourism is booming cos of the series Outlander. Organized tours that take you to places where Jamie & Claire kissed, a place that looks like Craigh na Dunn etc etc. If I'd go there, Culloden would be on my list of things I'd wanna see (feel). |

Get the vacuum cleaner out, or throw a shoe at it. I done that once, worked like a charm. Okay, that spider was on the floor, but it might work just the same on a ceiling, hahaha |

Okay, that spider was on the floor, but it might work just the same on a ceiling, hahaha I was saying how, "ewwwwwwwie" it was with my birdie on my shoulder...grabbed the fly swatter that has not been used since September. Pulled the chair under the spot. (This is the most gross-est feeling being under a spider that could jump down onto your face). ....The bird said, "Witchy bird". (New phrase, I spose short for "Whatcha doin Pretty bird?") I laughed. "Gonna kill this spider!", I told him. When it was over, the bird made the "ewwwwwwie" sound I was making before.
