Hmmmmmm So all these punks (some younger and smaller than T) that have caused 2 deaths and multiple serious injuries already in their "knock-out" games, should not be defended against because one of theirs met with a bullet from a guy who refused, and was PROVEN, to be a victim by a jury of his peers. The spineless liberals want to make victims of all of us, destroy our rights guaranteed by our Constitution, not to raise society up, but to bring us all down to their level of govt welfare drones, dependent on the state, not to protect, but to draw up tidy paperwork, causing more govt grants (at taxpayer expense), laws, and more power over the people by the state. They have to keep racism, division, and fear alive. It's a profitable big pen that writes many more checks at the expense of the people. A show, to make it look like they are doing something, when in fact, all that is accomplished is a further loss of liberty and human rights. Idiot liberals and their agendas are what's destroying America, and it has fallen faster in the last 5 years than any time in history under this Imperial POTUS and his senate enablers! there is a HUGE Difference between minding ones own business and being punched and following someone in your car and AFTER they run from you getting out on foot and continuing to follow them this was not a 'thug' playing a 'knockout' game,, this was a teen who had good reason to feel intimidated and in danger by a grown man going to such great lengths to follow him in the dark, in the rain, in an area he was not yet familiar with,, this has NOTHING to do with presidents, or government, this is about the poor choices of those who happen to be cowardly without their gun and bullies with them,,, Oh..... so your talking about the police then?

I'm an arthritic old fart. Some punk lays hands on me will meet his maker. I don't pack 24/7. But, when it do, I prefer Smith & Wesson. I do pack aa couple very sharp work knives that spring assist. I am military trained to survive. I would like to see country wide open carry. Again, the feds should arm citizens as well as they arm terrorist Muslims. That would stop a lot thugs from getting dead. I agree whole heartedly on two points, one is the arming of terrorists, which make us the terrorist as well. And your first sentence I agree 100% You love how oButmeister arms terrorists? The CIA has been arming terrorists its entire history, long before Obama. I'v known that while serving and since college. I study so that I can speak with insight, that's why I limit my presence on the computer. Once you stay on any forum to long, some tend to get dumber. lol, some people can't afford to get dumber...er... some of us are skating on thin ice as is....

Or are should women be given options not available to a small man who lacks the strength to defend themselves based strictly on gender? Im suggesting a MAN who is 230 pounds should be able to hold a fight against a male teen who is 158 pounds he went to mma classes ,really? he was trying to be a cop? I suggest, if we want to go there, that a WOMAN who is 230 pounds should be able to do the same against a 158 pound teen too those that cant, I would suggest were weak, and those that provoked a fight that they could only end with a gun , I would suggest were cowards,, Personally I like the gun option, makes the ending so final for little thugs that thinks the answer is violence or as the old saying goes, live by the sword, die by the sword.

Again BS. The police only investigate crime when convenient to them. They have no obligation to protect.

and if a person has stalked you and approached you , you SHOULD do whatever you can to avoid them (try to lose them) and if it becomes a confrontation you SHOULD be legally permitted to fight for your life even if the stalker hits his head on pavement during that development,,,and if a GUN is discovered on that stalker it should be permitted to CONTINUE fighting or trying to get the gun away from the stalker until help arrives,, because no one outruns a bullet, regardless of gender,,, Oh yes, I love this. Sorry Moe, but you're WRONG! That's what the 2nd amendment is all about...... self defense, and it didn't say against who or what type of agression, it simply guarantees your right in very precise terminology! You wait for the police who respond AFTER a crime, me, I choose to protect myself or family and the police can do what they do best.....the paperwork! Not really about the second amendment, that is but a restriction on government not to infringe the right to bear arms. The actual law goes back to common law and the right to defend property even to the extent of deadly force. And you are absolutely right, the police are but the keepers of the peace, their job is to restore the peace. They have no obligation to protect but are to investigate a breech of the peace and determine that the correct remedy fir the action has been taken. For the action of trespass, death is an accepted remedy.
