Makes sense that after someone has followed me in their car, got out their car and followed me on foot, and then been verbally accusative with 'what are you doing around here' before reaching for me in ANY WAY,, that I would fight (and having been in that situation, I DID FIGHT,, thank God I Wasn't near concrete with a stalker with a gun) makes sense as well that if I notice a gun (which the first officer said he could easily see when George moved) , Im gonna fight for my life. regardless of the verdict it is in poor taste..... FACTS are clearly labeled and easy to research through transcripts of the Zimmerman call and the witness accounts what 'makes sense' and doesn't make sense is personal observation from someone who has been in that situation,,,, just like the personal observation by others that zimmermans version of what happened after he got out the car makes sense TO THEM sounds like BS to me, and for me the witnesses on both sides collaborate that it more likely happened like Treyvons witness said it did,,, Reading isn't the problem, it's comprehension. Both parties got their say in court and the party with the most convincing story won. End of story. In fact the other parties story is so lame, it can't even hold up as a civil matter, something so much easier to justify a punishment. |

He bows to foreign Kings, Emperors and despots representing our nation as an underling to their rule. He guts our military while he provokes the whole world to war with his actions, kills a 17 year old American citizen and his friends at a BBQ with a drone, and his father, without trial, uses the forces of the peoples govt against his political opponents, and then spies on his own people without being able to stop any terrorist attack by doing so, which he claims as cause. I'd say that's much worse, and far more grotesque than someone signing a few weapons at a gun show! And no, OJ simply resorted to fraud and crime and a shadier existence which finally landed him in prison as his life choice. So what have you got against a person the justice system actually worked for again, that the media brought to fame in their rush to judgement by charges in the world press they couldn't, or failed, to prove, which means he is innocent, and in truth, a victim in his case? It's sad a young man died, but Z was found innocent of any wrong doing in that sad situation. So do we condemn any whom our system of justice has prevailed in favor of now? What logic are you employing? It is the same reasoning I was against building a mosque on the site of 9/11 although perfectly legal, it would have been in poor-taste. Zimmerman(regardless of guilt) did kill someone with a gun(that is a FACT) whether in self-defense or not, it doesn't matter. He took a life, the fact he is signing gun's at a gun-show clearly show's he has NO RESPECT for the life he took, whether it he had respect for the life BEFORE he took it, I couldn't say....but just this simple act shows he doesn't have any respect for the family who's kid he took from the world. |

Also makes sense that if Im a coward who cant fight out of a paper bag, who felt I could throw my weight around and intimidate some teen at night and try to keep him from 'getting away', and that teen proceeded to get me on the ground where the gun I INTRODUCED INTO THE SITUATION was visible, I would then have put MYSELF in a situation of danger,, so that my weak *** couldn't do anything BUT use the gun to defend myself against a 158 pound teen. though I could later save a family in an overturned car and sign up to fight grown *** men in a celebrity death match,, the facts are only known for the ensuing fight, what preceeded that fight is a matter of taking zimmermans lying word for it,,, what makes sense is the treyvon witness, he wasn't an angel, he called the man names which she didn't brush over , her version made sense, and matched the FACTS known to the police and the statemnts of Zimmerman on the phone what doesnt make sense is the neighborhood watchman having to get out his car IMMEDIATELY after being told not to follow to allegedly 'check out the street name' what doesn't make sense is why a witness would hear voices talking if Zimmerman had merely been 'sucker punched' out of the blud what doesn't make sense is that the teen would double back and RUN to lose this person and then , once he ist in sight of the person, DOBULE BACK to fight him what doesn't make sense is that his friend would not have the training or witness experience or education to lie or leave out the names he called Zimmerman when he was being followed but would somehow decide to LIE about what he said before the fight 'why are you following me',, as opposed to 'you got a problem homey' or mf, or whatever other gangsta style threat the liar Z made up,,, Zs version makes no sense but its easier to swallow his innocence and excuse his past as GROWN up,, than it was to swallow Treys innocence and right to defend himself that night instead of using his teenage past to excuse Zimmermans bullying murderous lying behind,,, Started as BS during this post, still BS 8 pages later and starting to doubt if a fact would be know even if hit over the head with it. The story is all pure conjecture based on probabilities not fact. the only thing that saved Zimmerman was the jurors belief in the PROBABLITY of his version being true PROBABILITY wins jurors over as much as 'evidence', ,that's why such a large portion of cases are won through CIRCUMSTANTIAL evidence and not hard facts,,, So. When can we expect you to appeal the jury's decision calling McZ not guilty by means of self-defense?

But what I don't understand is how someone can be an expert on juries when they little know the law. Must be all those entitlements that instill supreme knowledge as all the Odumboites seem to be boiling over with every knowledge know to man but the one about responsibility and getting a job. |
