Being a stay home mom is not that easy. The choice to struggle out of your depth:from inner satisfaction to utter frustration totally depends on the stormy sea like situations- unique to all moms. I chose to stay back home to see my child grow everyday crossing each developmental milestones and take care of him solely. It gives me immense satisfaction. I realise now that my decision was perfect

I personally believe it is BEST for them to have s Mother and father parental roles in their life, I don't think nature meant for either to do it all on their own,,,,it ultimately causes the child to loose out, just my personal opinion though
I do what I can when I can, and I make personal sacrifices to my own happiness to try to support theirs,,, I would feel fortunate to have a man who wanted to be a father figure for my kids, I also feel good being the best MOM I can be,, because that's all I believe I can be,,,,, |

I was a stay at home mom for many years and do not regret a minute of it! Time zoomz past and they're grown. enjoy it now while it lasts

I'd like to ask the stay at home mothers, who supported you while you stayed at home?

does it matter?
parenting is a process that lasts DECADES, I personally have had the support of family at some times, the other parent at some times, and social services at others,,, all parents need some support system,, whether it be another parent, or extended family , or friends, or (gasp and awe) social services,, if the end result is healthy and productive children,, than the parents and their support system should be applauded,,, |

Taxpayers should not have to pay for someones decision to not be responsible and self-sufficent.
Leeching is not good parenting. |
whatever...until 'taxpayers' can come to a unanimous decision about where they want each of their dollars to go
I guess they are stuck with making sure American kids have food and shelter during rough times,,,, I can think of a MILLION better things to gripe about |
Whatever?
So, being a burden on taxpayers and leeching are good parenting lessons? I taught mine better. It's up to the individual to make their lives. It's not the responsibility of the taxpayers to be forced to pay for irresponsible breeders. |
its up to us to help others who are less fortunate, because sometimes we may find ourselves being those 'others'
that's what I taught mine, I really don't care to discuss whether that's 'better' than the everyone do for themselves mantra or not no one exists in a vacuum, no matter how much they wish to 'make' their own life,,, it is the responsibility of 'christians' and good people to care about others |
Christian charity, si.
Forced taxation to support those not willing to do for themselves hell naw! |
that only when one ASSumes people only need help because they aren't 'willing' to do for themselves
a common assumption of narcissists who need others to feel better than,,,, |
I've read posts all over the net about women claiming they choose welfare over working and being good citizens.
I could dig up a few examples. |
yes, the internet can supply MULTIPLE commentaries and stories of all sorts,,,,,,
fraud is fraud, and the law should deal with it,, whether its of the welfare type of the embezzlement type,,, |
