I guess I'll be at barnes n nobles on Christmas eve just to get out of the house. I will be working from 8 to 4 30 pm on Xmas day and will probably go to the Palms casino. Its hard to meet a woman in las vegas because all they want from you is money.. its like they want to take advantage of you. Thats why I am worried

What are you worried for? All you have to do is not give them any money, doesn't sound difficult to me...

I chose to be alone this year..not cause I'm a miserable scrooge.. its a great time to get peace and quiet and rest..fk all that chaos..chill and relax..have a good one everybody...

Your right but is that true for every woman in las vegas? There has to be some that dont think like that. Yes, I had Christmas' where I spent it with my parents, my brother and their friends but It just isnt the same without spending Christmas with your wife and kids. I never experienced this and thats why I am so depressed. I just dont know how or where to start to form this in my life

This I agree with.  As for scrooge; he was a miserably man that only cared about money & didn't donate anything to anyone. Most of us are helpful or volunteer, or donate all year long. I think just because you don't want to celebrate Christmas doesn't mean you are a scrooge. Doesn't seem very nice to name call by those that do celebrate Christmas.

I don't need any special days to be thankful or, even give gifts to friends and family. Nowadays,it's all about who handing more dough over to godless corporate CEOs. |

There is a difference between celebrating Christmas customs and celebrating Christmas.
Plenty of people do the former without doing the latter. The latter is a celebration of the birth of Jesus the Messiah. |

Have you thought to try some kind of spirituality there's so many to choose from or Yoga breathing or Meditation to strengthen urself or ground yourself so you feel less worried etc ? There's always choices in life if you don't like Las Vegas women then surely you don't have to go there ? If you want to enjoy urself you just put out the Not available signal ... I don't know LV so just wondering ?! |
