After going to mellow concerts for so many years
with everyone smoking peace pipe in a big circle...  Then to go to an Ozzie Osborn concert back in the early 90's , with my huge, but very young boyfriend at the time, seeing my teenage daughter there,too which was a trip in itself , and then seeing people for the first time , knock the living daylights out of each other in the mosh pits.... I couldn't believe it....  Such culture shock.... Now, my oldest daughter is married to a pretty heavy weight heavy metal man... The times they are a changin... Bob Dylan...

The doors Album Waiting For the Sun has a whole poem on the inside cover of the album jacket called " The Celebration of the Lizard"... How does it start....? I can't remember the first phrase... A young lion trapped in the heart if a city... The body of his mother rotting in the summer ground... He fled the town... He went down south and crossed the border left the chaos and disorder back there over his shoulder..." I always have loved the Doors... They were one smoking band, no doubt... I can't say that they are my all time favorite band, though. Cause I love so many musicians & different kinds of music...   Well, folks Remember what Jim said in "Roadhouse Blues"... While you are out and about.... "Keep your eyes on the road and your hands upon the wheel." We're going to the Roadhouse... Gonna have as real good time... Let it roll baby roll ... and Tom Rush...Urge for going... Joni Mitchell does a great cover of Urge for Going... But that's a whole different genre.... folk
