The answer is YES and you can know for sure. He says that "my sheep know my voice". If you are truly his you can hear his voice when spending time in prayer and getting close to him. Seek me first and all things will be added unto you. The bible is all true and there is no other God. Seek him like Gold and you will find him. He doesn't lie.

If a prayer is directed to the Almighty God whom some Christians recognize as the metaphorical Father and Him alone and while closing the prayer recognizes that Almighty God through the prophet Jesus, likewise the metaphorical Son, then, 'Yes!' The Quran teaches there are two different types of Christians. Those who teach that God is three, as in the Trinity Doctrine, who'll have a fearsome judgement and there are those who worship the Almighty as they should, without confusing any other entity with Him, and upon them there is no fear on judgement day.
