I'm alive and kicking although
I bailed hard on my bike last night..
I was turning the corner on my 21 speed Trek mountain bike...

Someone was walking towards me and while I was trying to avoid him, the wheels of my bike got caught on the train tracks in the middle of the road and I lost balance and I bailed...

All these guys came running up to see if I was okay
and to help me up and get my bike up & running.
They were so nice...

Thank God ...
for sweet kind considerate people & awesome friends...
