I turn 40 in Sept.... I'm going through some kind of wierd midlife crisis thing, HELP! I'm serious, I need to understand what the hell is going on here. I have already gone through Menopause cuz of a hysterectomy when I was 30, I take my hormones like I'm supposed to. Have all my blood tests and they are fine.....I dunno.

Goodness I really dislike the mood swings myself...

I'll be 54 next month...and so very fine, too...

I am thankful for all the days of my life,
the good and the bad, the happy and the sad...

It may get tough at times,
but we just have to think sometimes about others
and what they are going through and it helps us
put our own situation in better perspective...

But, it isn't always easy, cause oftentimes we get separated from the mainstream of interaction with other people,
and then it is easy to think we are the only one
going through whatever it is we are going through...

That is the time we need to get out
and go visit some kids in a cancer unit
or in a burn unit or somewhere else
where people have such incredible adversity
to help us appreciate our own lives
& circumstances better...

I have much respect for women. I always thought if the lord msde anything better he kept upstairs for himself.

8 to 16 miles DAILY? Whiew. I used to ride about 10 B4 I relocated, and thought I was great.
I exercise at home; Push-ups abdominals and household chores.

I always say that the pretiest thing The Creator made is the woman. Prettier than the prettiest flower. Sometimes though, I wish I could have done WITHOUT them; BUT I CAN'T.
