Easy lake. His parents?? They may have done a fine job with him. Sometimes we just go down a wrong road. I hope his is looooooong. He has hurt, mame, injure,and kill in his blood. The only reason I mentioned his parents is that I was told that his dog fighting started at his parents home in the back yard. If this is wrong I appologize but if his mom and dad were approving of this on there property....well..you know the rest!!

A friend of mine has worked at the human society here for 25yrs.
Any time a pit or pit x comes in it has to go in the quarintine section. So that alone lowers its chance of being adopted.
When ever they raid those places they have to keep all those animals while the cases go to court.
When they take the fightin cocks in,
it cost them $100 a day per bird!
because they have to continue with what ever special meds. & vitamins & crap..

No I didn't see that about the Greyhound place but it does not surprise me a bit. Dog racres are almost as bad as the fighters since they get rid of the dogs when they loose and feed them junk like steroids to make them go fast.

i am curious as to how many of you have gone to the locol animal shelter and protested the killing of animals not adopted

i am not condoning the method of death

but how many of you get after dog owners where the dog attacks and maul someone or even kills them (especially a child)

these animals would be trained to be extra viscous

what would you be saying if the dog was permitted to live
and attacked someone

I failed!! I had too much experence & was over qualified!!

My Sister spent weeks contacting people & on the phone to Nike & every one else that had products with his name on them...

Pitbulls are wonderful dogs when raised right.
They will always have that kill in them.
We had one for years "Muffy" the most loyal loving dog you could ask for.
One time she was at the ranch in Tahoe & they were herding cattle.
She ended up in a run in with a bull & she lock on his nose!
He slung her back & forth in the barbed wire.
800 stitches!!
She help kill a cat that had been her friend for years when the rotti teenagers started. We went out in the middle of the night & they were having a tug-a-war with it.
We ended up with the cattle prods on their noses & it didnt faze them for a bit!!
& She still was a good dog & cat freindly after that!
It was the getting in on the fun, then once they get that taste of blood & their jaws lock..

My Gawd! we can't control the ignorant human from breading in mass quanities, At least there is people working on the animal population.

Alot of times I think it would be better to put animals to sleep then let them go to a bad home to be abused..

I have been cruel to animals!!!
I had a dog a "stock dog" a red healer, We had him on the road with us.
We came here to visit my family he grab one of the cats I pounded his head against a post until he dropped it. I would of broke his neck right then if I knew how.We ended up selling him back to the guy we got him from..

It takes a Hell of alot to hurt those rougher breeds of dogs.

That's another reason for going after the dog fighters. Local breeders have been trying to domesticate the pit bull breeds for years and the fighters are killing the gentle dogs and breeding the killers!! There is absolutely nothing good that comes from the dog fighters. They are creating a race of killer dogs!! People that have pit bulls around little kids are taking a huge chance!! The dogs are killers in the back of their minds. It is an uncontrolleable instinct that comes out when they are riled up!!

Most breeds are bred for a purpose & that quaities bred into them.
You just have to respect that strength in them.

Even "Muff" I was playin with her in the front yard & she would race back & forth & jump at me..
the one time she snapped at my face as she did it. I heard her teeth chop loud!!
& she was just playin, What if i had bent down.


Anything that is bred for fighting has it in their blood & bones.

Down at the Stables that's in a area with all that type of stuff, there was tons of chickens there & that fighting **** was just bred into them...
