If you read deep into the poems section you will find many here with many skeletons in their closets or worse yet Monsters!
That have done some horrendous damage to inocent lil children.

Many of late nights when things needed to raise to the light finally many of us have cried with those children...
It's part of the healing when you feel your strong enough to deal with it.
you might chose just 1 person to share with or posting in the forums...
There better not be one person here to judge you on your childhood...
& I can say you will never have to sit alone in that room...

the mistakes you make as a child makes you who you are today .... you don't learn to walk without falling down

Our childhood is something we had no control over. If I would sit and talk to you today then you could bet that I would have sat next to you in childhood as well. For at times what allot never realize many of us our childhood was not with Mrs Cleaver as a mother nor the love we deserved.

But in the end we should not base another on there childhood but upon the person they have become today. We can either chose to get past the things in life that bring us down and correct through our own children what happpen to us. In order to make us a better person. Or we can dwell on the past and let it take us downn even farther.

My self I chose to embrace the good times and learn from the bad times but live my life the way I see fit. Either it be right or wrong it is my life

Right on Tx gal. There are many things as a child I wouldve changed back then, but now I know I am a survivor and a fighter.
Others can look at me and say to themselves I dont have to let my past rule or dictate my future.
I am a bright, determined young lady with alot to offer. I consider myself compassionate and I might not have become the person I am today without the struggles Ive been thru. Frankly I like who I am today. There was a time I couldnt say that.
Odly enough Its ok for me to be alone now. Alone doesnt have to mean lonely. Somethings we run from in fear will eat us alive. Courage doesnt mean your not afraid it just means you face your obstacles in spite of that fear. Once you face them they no longer have control over you.
And she lived happily ever after.

YOU KNOW WE ALL LEARN FROM OUR MISTAKES. THE MISTAKES I MADE AS A CHILD HAVE HELPED ME WITH MY OWN KIDS. I SEE THINGS IN MY GIRLS THAT REMIND ME OF MYSELF AT THEIR AGE. AS WE GROW UP, WE BECOME MORE STRONG, INDEPENDET, SMARTER, INDIVIDUALS. WE CAN PASS OUR KNOWLEDGE ON TO OUR KIDS, TO MAKE THEM RESPONSIBLE YOUNG ADULTS.

God knows I've made plenty of mistakes,but I've learned and have become a stronger person for that.Frank I would sit in a room with you any day.

If it weren't for all the Skeletons in my closets; The Demons on the walls and the Ghosts I have dealt with I would really be alone. It does make for some deep personal insights in poetry.

We fear our dark but shining light chases the cobwebs and reveals the monsters we have hidden thus taking back our power.
