Do you even realize that an "assault type weapon" was not used at the school shooting and it was only found in his trunk? For the ignorant, it won't compute no matter how many time this fact is presented. Owing to wild speculation, the police released the following statement on the 18th January in order to clarify the types of weapons recovered inside the school. http://www.ct.gov/despp/cwp/view.asp?Q=517284&A=4226 Oddly, there is video of the police saying they found two pistols in the school and a bushmaster in the trunk. The story is fluid. |

The FACT that the Connecticut township Police, Connecticut State Police and the FBI have miserably destroyed and clouded the entire case in Sandy-Hook since the first reports of this crime began coming out. This makes this case more important for the public to concentrate on, rather than less. Here is an open letter to Lt. Paul Vance who said this: Open Letter to Lt. J. They will be investigated statewide and federally and prosecution will take place when people perpetrating this information are identified. Again: All Information relative to THIS CASE is coming from these microphones and any information coming from other sources cannot be confirmed and in many cases, it’s been found that it’s inaccurate. He is accused of threatening prosecution for the spread of misinformation. You have to remember that he is hoping for the selection of a jury that won't jeopardise the prosecution of Adam Lanza. You are not up on the real news much are you? More than you could possibly imagine. I've been discussing Sandy Hook and the investigation on other sites for over a week now. I doubt you can show me anything I haven't seen already. A guy like that is a power hungry delusional man who thinks he can arrest and prosecute people for speaking their minds? It is ridiculous. That's not exactly correct. He threatened prosecution for the spread of misinformation. Spreading 'misinformation' is not a crime, and anyway who decides what is "misinformation?" He was very clear. Anything that did not come from or agree with him and only him qualifies as "misinformation." And He spread a bit of misinformation himself, and the story kept changing... His delusions of power and authority over the free press (and the internet) and freedom of speech (that includes any and all information even misinformation) are absurd. Don't you people in Australia have freedom of speech?
