You are on a date. The evening starts out good. Good conversation. The atmosphere is relaxed. No tension. Good vibes. It's all going so well, and you are thinking that "Hey! There is potential here".

And then, IT happens. That moment that just changed everything. Maybe it was a moment where you realized he/she was psychotic. Maybe it was a moment where you saw that he/she wanted to move way too fast. It could be a funny/crazy moment. But we all have had them.

Mine was a date where all was going well up until the moment she asked if she could smell my neck. I should add that we were talking about vampire movies before she did ask this. So yeah! It gave me the creeps. Lol.

Dude! You fell for the old "smell your neck" routine?

She had a runny nose and forgot to bring a hankie.

I said "Would you like to come back to my place, get naked, and watch Cannibal Holocaust."

Until she answered her cell phone and started having a conversation with whoever it was. I got up, paid my half of the bill and left her there on the phone.

I can see having a friend call in case you need an excuse to leave early because we're not hitting it off. But, having a conversation that I'm left out of? Rude.

A man travel here to meet me 5hours he stayed in a very nice hotel. We went out to dinner I took him sightseeing, several places and by a friends home. Then back to the hotel. I said it is getting late so I guess it is time for bed. He said, OK and started taking off his pants and getting in his bed. I hurried out the door to go home. He called early and said why did I leave, arent we going to have breakfast. I said Ok, but that is all we are having.
WHo does that on a first date. laugh After a late buffet breakfast he drove home and I never wanted a second date with this man although he was fun, he was too fast. He kept calling for a while.

Well that depends. Are you the neck sniffer type of date? Or the rude phone chick? Or, as in Torgo's case, a chick who fears she will lose her head at the end of the night? laugh

Toodygirl....you did say that magical word "bed". After a long date, I'm sure he just wanted to be tucked in and told a bed time story. Lol.

Let's see...

The talking on the phone in the middle of a date to another guy that it is obvious she used to be in relationship with. The tone of the conversation definitely lets you know it really ain't over and I was nothing more than a momentary interruption. But you said you were single. Check please. huh

The "U really need a woman, I need some help paying these bills" line. Good bye.explode

The I don't date short guys/nice guys/nerdy guys but I wanted to try something different. C'ya.frustrated rant

Best one - while out driving need to stop at a store. Uhm I will sit in the car. Why? I got warrants, but it is all a misunderstanding. Ok. Let's take you back home now.mad

***All reasons I probably only go on about 3 dates a year - ROFL.***

Was on a date, the conversation was flowing, the laughter was rolling, and a good time was being had by both of us. I said to him, let's go to the park and take a walk, so we can talk without interruptions.

He wanted to go to my home, which I told him no to. I thought he let that thought go, until we were nearing the end of the dinner. He says, "Since I paid the check, I get to pick where we go next, and I want to go to your house."

I handed him a twenty dollar bill, and walked out....he actually tried to follow me, but since he was in a van, and I was in my Jeep, I hit the dirt trails, kicked her into four wheel drive, and laughed as I drove away, while he spun tires in a mud puddle.

Oh, it's so hard to chose which of the many stories I could tell......how about the self-proclaimed pirate who announced that he intended to "board me" ? or did he say he intended to "come aboard" (groan)? Either way,I think I've blocked the memory.
