I imagine it might be fun for a while, but ultimately not what I would consider ideal for me. I'd probably end up having feelings for her eventually which would throw a monkey wrench in the whole FWB philosophy.

there is no real "friend" in FWB - so no

Personally I don't see the problem. If you both know what the deal is... and you both are satisfied. As Ive gotten older....sex is just sex ......when there is no " romantic" feeling behind it.

Fwbs is actually kind of complicated because it involves the friendship first and foremost so you have the mutual respect and then the sex happens nsa when both are available or in the mood. It is hard not to fall in love with someone you already love as a friend. You know you have a friends with benes if no sex is happening and you still hang out together.
Of course lots of people mistake fwb as almost anonymous nsa sex which that is not fwbs at all is ansa sex..... |

I have never done this because I don't understand how you can sleep with someone and not have feelings for them. So the whole time you are having sex...are you thinking, oh my god I can't like you, just a fling?
What if someone falls in love with the other person? You just keep going and keep having sex and never say how you really feel? I could not imagine...I guess this is why I don't do it! |
