I get tired of people who whine about things that happened 100 years ago when they weren't even born, think it somehow entitles them to something the rest of us aren't allowed any more freely than they are! That is the fundemental problem, of all peoples, that promotes racism, division and hatred. There are always a few to keep the fires burning by claiming the fires are still burning....while they are holding the lighter fluid! My ancestors where either in Canada fleeing the Germans or (on my dad's side) fleeing the the wrath of our ancestors when one of us "went with a non-royal"...
So yeah, we were totally not to blame for slavery, period. We didn't even have a plantation, so I don't know why I have to work harder to support myself and my education when an African American my same age gets free rides. |
