Hi what should a married doctor do if he is asked by his patient for sex ..by a young lady in mid night in doctors room

Call the cops on her. Tear his hair out and eat it. Call her husband or her father on the phone and ask him to come over and to do an honour killing (if they are muslims). He should ask her to say Aaaa and look down the throat. (In medicine, we call this the "deep throat.") Ask her to take two aspirins, go home, and call him in the morning, to ask him if he still respects her.

Wait... wait a minute. What is the gender and sex of the doctor? Is he male, or female? He or she likes mainly males, or mainly females, or mainly anyone? Does the doctor have a medical licence, or a doctorate in theology or in law? Is the doctor a chiropractor, a naturopath, a homeopath, (home-o-paths still make house calls) or a sociopath? Is this happening in a private clinic, or in a public place, in a private pracice, or in a malpractice?

Before you pull down the young ladies pants, ask yourself:
Does the doctor know what time it is? Does the doctor know who the prime minister is? Can he or she tell you what his or her name is? ask the doctor if he or she knows what city s/he is in, and what the day of the week is and why.

Ask this doctor if this thread was a classic case of "ask a st. question and get a lot of st. replies"? And if yes, what he would take to get himself to forget that he read this?

... or punch her in the breast directly, as it jiggles nakedly in his face, and scream, "rape!! I am being raped!! Help!!"

Does occupation change sound just about right? You bet it does.

Tell her you are married and are not interested and then go find another doctor for her to see. Make sure you are not in the room by yourself with her ever. Isn't that against your code of conduct or whatever it's called? I work in a dental office and my male boss is not allowed in the room with a female unless another staff member is in the room as well.

I looked but I can't find any law that would stop you from sexing your patient.

You might ask permission from the wife.

First, Save your Oath to your profession
First don't take your wife for granted
First "evil" is temptation that will suck you to hell: a divorce
First sign an order for release of patient for sexual harassment ....that will take care of it...don't you think?

What a pathetic picture!
Be professional. Its quite simple. huh

Lol

Her offer wasn't the issue my friend. You contemplating the offer is the problem. You keep it up and you will fail your marriage. Don't blame it on the girl.

Something like that could also be a set up for a law suit. Shouldn't you have a nurse present in the exam room at all times to prevent this? I thought that was routine to protect both the doctor and patient.

...and I want that job. Being present, like a shadow, like a fly on the wall. I don't even require to be paid. I just want to be the first at each time to sex the patient, even before the doctor gets his turn.

Whewww, what a dream job it would be. Even without the sexing. You just sit in the room, in your capacity as a human being. And get paid $29 an hour for it.

Life couldn't be better at any rate.

Answer should be a no-brainer. I don't think the concept of marriage should be taken lightly by anyone, anywhere.
An MD takes an oath and sex with a patient is not part of that oath. However, your vows of marriage should be the answer to your question.
