This is all conjecture and hearsay. It will take a jury of peers to determine the deliverance of what justice according to the evidence they will get to see. Just be aware the media is not above distorting something to "hook" more viewers/readers. I am aware. thanx  I am glad it will see a courtroom and a jury. |

If not for the fact Zimmy wasn't packing, he could have possibly wound up dead. Wasn't it reported there was hollering in the background to kill whitey? As far as someone saying they wouldn't defend themselves against an attacker, I call a big BS. The notion is laughable. I don't care who ya' are.

is not the same as shooting someone in the middle of a fist fight I find the comparison laughable,,,,as well as the back handed attempt to inject more speculation about someone hollering kill whitey (who would that have been , a witness that never came forward? why wouldnt any other witness or most of the other WHITE witnesses bring that up? ,,)

Police don't even wrestle or fist fight for long. If, they are attacked, they will use whatever force needed to end the assault. Including deadly force. |

Including deadly force. police identify themself in some way, wear uniforms, flash a badge, have a cop car,,,SOMETHING to distinguish them from just any joe citizen with either a gun or maybe a bad intention,,,, alot of ifs that dont match the circumstances of THE two people in THIS CASE,,, |
