here my Voter's Card is mailed to me a few Weeks before any Voting,along with the Ballots etc! And we go to vote quite often here,not just once in four years! If I don't present that Card,signed, when I show up to vote,it's Good Bye,Bon Voyage for that particular Vote/Election!I will not be allowed to vote!

Since we vote in Municipal-,State- and Federal-matters sometimes! I suppose the Election Officer would have the Right to ask for additional ID if he felt it were necessary! But the signed Card usually suffices! And before the next Vote,another one is issued the same way!

When you register you get fingerprinted. Then they have you on record. That is actually a very good idea... which means it won't happen.
