Age is more than just a number.There are things such as the generation gap, the kind of culture young people are raised in as opposed to the culture older people are raised in. Makes a big difference

it does matter to an extent... but i think its more about how they act then their actual age... the guy i'm with now is 11 years older then me, but i don't even think about the age difference until we talk about years (like what year we graduated, what year we were born, etc)...

Being old doesnt necessarily bestow you much experience on life issues. I believe travelling does that to you. Age is not maturity.
