my boy has been old enough to work since 16 but not old enough to be providing for himself. HE has been old enough to make choices since five, with supervision. He went away to school for the first time at 18.


as far as Treyvon, at seventeen, he was eating skittles and a pop and attending high school.

AS a mom of a similar boy,, I consider him a child., at best a young man. But not similarly an adult like the one who took his life and was married with a home and a job and a spouse and financial obligations.

Again it is not you or I that can say if this was a young man or a boy...

However in his fathers eyes he was mature enough to walk to the store in the dark.

So I am inclined to believe he was a young man...

my son's been walking to the store since a young age, not because I considered him a young man, but because I thought he was mature enough to know how to look both ways and I thought we were in a 'safe' area,,,,

the kid changes directions , the man exits the car to follow him on foot

the kid RUNS,,,the man lets cops know to call him when they get there so he can tell them where he will be

the girlfriend hears the boy ask the man why he is following him, after the boy has TWICE tried to lose him, to which the man only replies 'why are you here'

there is a fight, the boy is shot dead,,,

nope, regardless of the color,, I Would consider the armed adult in the situation RESPONSIBLE for a death due to reckless behavior,,,

Let's review, it's Florida it wasn't cold and that is why senior citizens go there during the winter. It didn't warrant wearing a hooded sweatshirt with the hood up to conceal your identity in a store(which is never warranted btw).

From that point on it is all ASSumptions. Several witnesses put the punk coming back and confronting Zimmerman and Zimmerman on the ground getting his head bashed in(which photos and videos now show the lacarations) screaming for help and Zimmerman saying you now have a problem.

The PUNK'S girlfriend decides to goto police a couple weeks after the incident AFTER good old Jesse and Al told her what to say.

Once again, if this PUNK was afraid for his safety he had a cell phone and could have called 9-1-1 or gone back into the store, screamed for help or gone to the closest house and asked for help not turn around go after Zimmerman ask if he has a problem and then states, "You do now!".

That is the acions of a PUNK.

If he was indeed a victim he would have gone for or gotten help like ANY DECENT human being did but no he wanted to be a hard a$$ PUNK.

NAME ONE,, ONE who saw the kid 'come back and confront zimmerman,,,,

or if the ADULT thought the kid was up to no good he could have called 911 and STAYED in his car instead of continuing to follow him against the advice of the dispatcher

I was attacked and I never screamed for help because I had a FIGHT response instead

who confronted whom is the whole crux of the case, if there was a witness to this there would be little reason for speculation

but there were only witnesses to the FIGHT,,,not the initial confrontation,, which leaves room for assumption based upon likeliness

that either BOTH parties changed frame of mind midway,, the adult deciding to no longer pursue and the boy deciding to no longer get away

or both parties CONTINUED With their frame of mind, the adult deciding not to let the boy 'get away' and the boy trying to lose the adult,,,,

the facts need to come out and a jury left to decide,,,
