His "Commandments" had/have "little" to do with "religion". the Commandments are part of that which makes the religion .... If you think that no wonder your completely oblivious, lol. and like I said...you believe that God made Commandments just to post on his Facebook Wall That's just another one of your pathetic lies.  you mean when you lied that you were in a band ..and back to illiteracy. I never said I was "in" a band. I have no idea if they have no spirituality, that is between them and God. wouldn't that fact that it's between them and God means that they do have spirituality that's why you can't have religion without having spirituality and vice versa Not specifically, you're misunderstanding what I'm referring to, let me elaborate. Say there is a Christian who is quite interested in general about the different beliefs around the world. How they came to be, who established them, what groups of people held close to those beliefs, ect. This person has put there faith in Christianity, they are spiritually enlightened by this faith. They have not spiritually been attached to these religions they are merely "studying". That is the difference between "religious" and "spiritual". Difference between 'religious' and 'spiritual'... Religious does what you said and studies (but discards the works for clinging to the one they are attached to). Spritual does what you said and finds Gems of Brilliance in the works of other faiths. Because the spirit shows them truths in all works. God is within. All things. |

God is not about religion. Right God just make Commandments so that you don't follow them ...perhaps that's why people can't stop sinning His "Commandments" had/have "little" to do with "religion". What do I mean? The Christian God proclaims He is the "Only" God. Therefore, the Commandments aren't a "religious" idea, they are an "ordinance". God, in other words, didn't "invent" religion, Man did when we started to stray from "One God" by creating thousands. That "act" created "religion". That's imo. God didn't say there are no other Gods...he said don't not place any other Gods before or above him...which Christians do regularly How do Christians do that regularly? when they claim that Jesus created the Heavens and the Earth and not The Father Jesus and the Father are one God.... so what's your point? Point is that Jesus no longer walks the earth. He has ascended to the Zenith. Christians turn to him for guidance. (yet when the sun is at the Zenith one must look to the terrain for guidance for the sun points one not east or west). Jesus but lights the path so you not stumble. However if you worship him you can not see the path for looking up all the time. |
