I live near both Baltimore and DC. Well, near meaning 45 minutes away, at least. I'm definitely willing to get to know guys from either city, but they must have cars. I was chatting with someone new recently who told me if we got together, I'd have to either come see him all the time, or pick him up at the metro station (30 minutes away) because he didn't have a car. While, I don't mind doing some of the driving, I am not going to be driving someone around all the time. So having a car is a must.

My date should be someone who knows how to treat a lady fairly well... opening the car door for me, taking me by my arms gently as we walk together, making sure I am safe and well taken care of while we're together, understanding of my feelings as a lady, etc. In other words, the guy should be much older than me to better meet my requirements.

My other requirement would be that he's single or divorced. I have no desire to get involved with someone who is separated.
