I prefer someone who is genuine. By that I mean, his expressions of appreciation and kindness is not conditional. That goes for all people in my life and not just in dating or romantic relationships. Being nice to someone with the intention to keep score and expecting something in return is worst than not doing anything at all. I thought more about this. Where does the list of requirements begin and end? Would not stealing things from me be a requirement? Of course. How about being racist? Killing, abusing people, hurting? You see, the list can go on and on. So, instead of having requirements I would rather not even get involved with anyone whom I don't resonate with.

We all have preferences, but preferences change. Do you have any requirements when it comes to dating? She must be blonde, between 5'8" and 5'11", less than 160 and semi-intelligent. Blue or green eyes is preferred, have a job, an automobile, and speak decent English. No, I'm not picky Do you weigh them when you meet them? Yes, of course. Sometimes they slap me when I do this. Not sure why? would subtract 5 lbs if she doesn't slap u? 5 if she doesn't slap me, 10 if she makes me a sammich

This may sound like a lot but I would guess most of us can agree with many of these: 1. I have to be, at least, a little attracted to her physically. 2. Intelligence 3. Christian and political view points need to be similar. 4. We have something or things in common. 5. She lives a reasonable distance. 6. Close to my age. 7. Heterosexual only. 8. Good hygene. 9. Finantially stable (not rich). 10. Mentally stable (I know this is asking a lot: right guys ).

Love his mom but not attached her nipple Love kids but not "in love" with them Have hobby besides partying Have goals and ambitions descent credit and a checking acct Has a backbone and not too passive At same time not overly aggressive NO X G/F WIFE hangups Do Not snore like Fred Flinestone Can give love and accept love equally Has a sense of Humor & Can Take a Joke! Can Read more than Green Eggs and Ham Doesn't Measure success by $ in wallet or car they drive Be Honest Doesn't do drugs.. Just some off the top of my head......

This sounds more like eye candy or a fun toy.... At least you are reasonable with the height and weight ratio Yes, of course. Sometimes they slap me when I do this. For example, I don't care what religion someone is, or what political views someone has as long as we can both respect each other's views.

Mine too. yes, i also dreamd up my dream guy, he must have 2 blueyes and an iq of more than 150,taller than me,very attractive and can and will do anything to keep me happy. He will be faithful andevoted to me and we will stay maried hapily ever after. I realize my dreamguy dont exist, so now i just have basic requirments. He must be a lawful citizen and capable of loving someone.

Em, this is a very timely post. I am considering re-writing my profile but every time I think of posting my requirements I can't find a way to make it sound inviting and interesting. Requirements: A job (clarification below) A job that makes enough money to pay his bills and go dutch to do social activites A place of his own A car Must be able to take care of himself No excessive drinking No drugs of any kind No drama or atleast none that over takes their life and personality The rest are just preferences but the requirements are a must. P.S. Any one willing to help me write my profile would be appreciated.

The only requirement is that it has to be a man. AMEN!!!!!! And with a working penis would DEFINITELY add bonus points.
