Good morning! Awake early with a sore throat having hot tea. 8:30 Weight Watchers meeting. What was I thinking letting my coworkers talk me into this??? You were thinking you wanted change! Now go to the gym too! For sure, when I am feeling better.

Me too I'm aching all over they say to exercise but I don't want too because I'm aching and i work on my feet all day.

And I am at a desk or standing giving presentations most days and get the same way. yes it does help to exercise, but so does taking ibuprofen and it's much easier than exercise !!!

Your late I ate it all Hippy had to go to the store first. Guess I will be doing my own cooking, not that I mind. Bright sunny morn & the wind seems to have stopped. chilly but warming to the upper 40's today. Been a unusually mild winter, this year.

Good morning. Been drinking coffee all night. The new room is coming along fine. The tongue and groove flooring that my nurse friend had me to take up since her floor supports were caving in is making nice wainscote for my new room. A friend let me borrow his digital camera so I am going to take some pictures, today.
