i love giant dogs.

I have two cats.

Currently, four.

- I have a badger named, Puddin Tang

- A swamp donkey named, Doodle

- A water moccasin named, Bitey

- And a pet rock named, Pokey

I chose them simply because I wanted to, and I spend a lot of time with them. Hell, if it wasn't for Bitey I don't think I could sleep at night. She likes to snuggle.

I currently have
2 dachshunds (old dogs 13 & 15 yrs old)spend every day with them
1 sugar glider (an acquaintance gaveme after she couldn;t keep him- cute lil bugger he is, looks like stitch)love him a few iems a week, tlak to him every night.
1 senegal parrot (lil one- my soon to be ex husbands, he has no place for her now, so she stays with me- for now) I talk to her everyday.
I've raised many animals: Pot belly pigs, ferrets, mini dachshunds, baby flying squirrels. Have had lots of different pets for different reasons (some were just given to us, because the people knew we would care for them)

At the time I only have one dog a Cocker Spaniel named Sassy that was rescued by a friend. He stopped in traffic and she was rolling under a car... Never found her owners even called the shelters and gave my info and where I found her in case anyone inquired about her.....

I have had her three years now she is like my shadow.....

Use to have horses had three of them one was a POA Buckskin, a Black Roam & a Quarter Horse. All were geldings had them for 17 years the hardest choice I made was to get rid of them. Due to the POA went to a farm where he would live his life out and the other two actually was donated by the person that bought them to a boys home it made it easier to make that choice.

When we had the horses I spent time with them every day feeding, brushing, riding and just watching them at times. Every weekend we were at a playday, barrel race, team penning or just trail riding.... One of the greatest joys I had in my life was being around the horses...

Since I do have kids we have had several different types of animals from time to time. Went through the fish, hamsters, lizards ect....

1 dog and it's more than enough for me... lol

Yes, big dogs are great! My BFF had a SB & I currently have a co-worker with a mastiff (I let her buy dog food on my account at the vet school). I had a GD/mastiff mix once, however, love Pit Bulls!!! Have owned pits for 15 yrs now and they just steal your heart from you!

Currently own 2->one is a female named Reddog that was rescued from a crappy owner and surrendered to the vet school and a big dumb show-bred boy named Lazyrus (my main man), a gift from my little sister after losing my heart dog (my *****, Onyx)!

I also have 4 horses! My paint, Firefly, I have had since she was a twinkle in her momma's eye-LOL! She is my best buddy and we spend many hours doing nothing together (riding trails). I have my sister's gelding Scout-he is a sweet little horse & decent ride if you know how to handle him! The other 2 are mustings that were rescued from a BLM sanctuary that let ~75 starve to death. I got an older beautiful gelding with the most severe trust issues I have ever seen in an animal & a little filly that steals hearts! She is amazing and I can't wait til she's mature enough to start riding-she's gonna be my ace on the trails! Her name is Nebraska, but her show name is gonna be Pickin' Wildflowers

I have two dogs, a golden Retriever, and a shi-poo. The golden is huge ,loveable and dopey. The shi-poo is a devil in a little white body

They were born in my garage, then abandoned.
So, they picked me.
They are pure love in little fur coats.
