1) The rumor is about Thomas Jefferson, not Abraham Lincoln.
2) I've never heard anyone claim that Jefferson was raping Sally. That's rather hard to believe, because when she was in France with Jefferson, she wasn't considered a slave (because they didn't have slavery) and she voluntarily returned to America with Jefferson.
3) You should watch Pallywood.

Sally Hemmings was nurse to Jefferson, his son and his wife while they were sick. Jefferson lost both his wife and son to the disease and almost died himself. Sally had helped raise and care for the son and had grown up with Jefferson's wife. I'm sure they were both suffering and IF anything happened between them, it grew out of natural feelings of sympathy, compassion and shared loss.

A jew by definition is someone who follows judaism as
their religion. He might as well say "irreligious christian"

I agree. Although I highly suggest those with a desire for balance read more than what the ADL writes about him and research transcripts of his speeches or interviews to decide for yourself.
