Yes they can. Sometimes if you try to hard it can create sexual tension. But a slow evolution of friendship can be a great thing. I still keep in contact with a few girls I was friends with at school. I also have a few female friends who just ring to chat sometimes that kind of thing.
2 of my good friends became realationships 1 for 5 years the other we married and where together for 10 years. We divorced when we realised we were better as friends than we were as a couple. But im still friends with both. I have more female friends than I do male friends. |

there is no such thing as male friends, women say it all the time that they have lots of male friends. first off im glad you think you have male friends, cause noone wants to be the friend of an ulgy woman. so you must look decent, if you ask anyone of them to give you some d*ck, nan one of them would turn you down. They act like your friend because you women want to be able to say later after you give them some pu**y, ( we were friends first before we ) So us males just stay in your life with the hopes of you ( picking and choosing) who you want out of the male friends pile)

I think wonderful friendships can exist between men and women...but as soon as the relationship gets sexual, you can kiss it all good by...
I have hesitated to go further with some male friends because the fear of loosing the friendship was just too great...friends with benefits is possible too..but I doubt the sex or friendship goes beyond "casual" |

Most my Friends if not my 2 Best friends are men.. So Yes, I do believe that can be friends. However, Watch out for their new GF's. They sometimes dont understand, especially if you dated him and found you were not compatible as bf/gf but you were as friends. Im lucky my Best Friends would drop the girls if they got jealous due to his and my relationship. And Id do the same for them, I m not a jealous person, or are my friends. Infact if anything they give me great advise if they see stuff I dont. I always introduce the guys I date to my friends. They are basically my family other then my son, So watch out Guys. lol

I'm friends with an ex...it's really great because we give each other advice about the opposite sex. It's good to get the male perspective so I know what's really going on in a guy's head...plus it's easy to be friends since we have a lot in common and know each other really well. I acutally feel closer to him than many of my female friends. There's no judging or emotional bs...
