Feeling so useless today almost 3 months laid off money is doing OK but I HATE not having a job, its very depressing!! Hummm that is where most mess up make the best of it you can still do things or go places. When you feel that way go out and treat yourself go out to eat or go see a movie.... take the dog to the park to play....... Don't let it get to you......life can still be good regardless ...... Bless U Christy U are one of the best friends U could want anyone could ask for!! Feeling sorry for me is not what I do but to have such a great friend "kick" me in the butt is what I needed!! Heheheh always here to give a swift kick ya know......Besides those are things I do when it gets me down or yard work now that is the best remedy for me anyway.......

Well Cherokee and I are off for a walk, neighbor just told me the 3 girls down the street are sun bathing they love my pup and I love looking at ...... their new bikinis!!

T-bone Tagliata with Steakhouse Salad ... a Rachel Ray recipe .. it's replacing the BBQ since it's snowing outside YUUUUUUUUUUUMMMMMMMMMMMYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY Got a fire going, gamers playin something on the XBox 360 .. guests over, everyone eating chips, queso, guac and salsa .. shrimp is defrosting and salad in the making. Fun times!!!

Thanks girl just never have really had many leftovers nor put any of it to freeze so was wondering. For after 2 days of something I want eat it the 3rd and don't want to throw it away either..... Humm so off to put it in the freezer to eat next week........ If I may make a suggestion... I live alone and I love to cook. The problem is, I usually wind up making a lot more than I actually need for the meal. One of the best investments I have EVER made is buying a vacuum sealer. Freezer bags are ok..up to a point. Then you wind up having to be concerned with freezer burn. The vacuum sealer solves that problem.

I bought one when ziplock first came out with the baggies you do with the pump. Due to living alone the meats you buy are normally for 2 or more people. So as soon as I get home I separate all my meats to serve one. That way I'm only cooking for one person. My problem falls within the Mexican food,Spaghetti, Roast & stews I can't seem to fix those just for one.. But.........your right the vacuum seal Freezer Bags are awesome...For I would rather cook most of my meals instead of the fast food as well.
