Yeah,, no holds barred. WE cant discriminate based upon gender, if they are fit for the job,,,why not? And why not put them in with the men too, save some money? My only objection would be those with kids, if either parent is the only primary provider, I believe they shoudl be excluded from service.

^isn't that a nasty divorce..... men don't belong in war, let alone women......it goes back to the sports thread about women competing with men, while many are adequate enough to do the job, they just aren't agile enough or fast enough for combat. a child isn't born to go to war, we teach them, train them and in the end we bury them.....sad |

You're right though, TxsGal, angry women can do a lot of damage, having a gun would be a plus.

what do you think? Depends what "position [job]" they hold, militarily speaking. Womens' "less aggressive" nature is not conducive in combat situations. In other less aggressive positions, they offer an effective contribution. |

You know what's interesting is, that even the EU and Russia and a whole bunch of other nations deploy women as combatants, the only countries that dont are:
USA Islamic nations in the Middle East. There is one more thing USA sticks out even worse than Islamic nations, that is, USA never had a female president. Everybody else had it at one point or another, even Islamic nations. |

Interesting Atlantis, seems strange because women handle stress, multi-tasking and plenty of other things better than men. I just don't think women are suited for combat is all.
