Thank you.

The whole point is that it isn't the " bad guys/jerks " that get the women.

It's the ones that are confident enough to know when it's time for them to take charge of things.

Exactly.

But...I would be willing to bet that, if you found a nice guy, who treats you well, but is on occasion, a bit of a jerk ( but at the right times ) you'd date him for quite a bit longer than a little while.

what is it about a nice guys that drive women into making them be just friends? girls always say they want to meet some one that just sweeps them off there feet with poems and flowers or with there sense of humor... they say that but when it happens they change there mind about it, y is that?? r they afraid to let that guy get close to them? r they afraid that if they enter a relationship with that person they might scare them off?? i have heard girls say "awe ur a nice guy, but i want to b just friends." and not even 10 minutes later that same girl says she wishes she could meet a nice guy... did i miss something?

There is such a difference between being a nice guy,, and a patsy...

I don't think men that are my friends go under the label of nice guys I think they are more what I would call "Normal".

I think the "Nice Guy/ Nice Girl" has been done to death. How about
a nice person?
i am nice, you noticed me i noticed you, so what we gonna do?

laugh

Oh boy I did... I guess I did nowlaugh

Jag...You said it so much better than I ever could
THANK YOU SO MUCH

Well..if you consider that wise....

Then here's a question for you kirk.

What kind of woman would you prefer?

A. Always does exactly what you say and never questions you.

B. Never listens to a word you say, does whatever the hell strikes her at any given time, treats you like carp.

C. Treats you well. Makes sure that her opinion is known when making decisions.

But that's the whole point, Jill.

I had a g/f at one point who almost ALWAYS did whatever I wanted. Never questioned my decisions. If she DID question me, it was about things that should really never been questioned.

Example :

I decided I wanted to get more serious about playing golf. Until then I had been playing with some beat up used clubs.

I came home from work one day, walked in the house and said " I am gonna spend 300 bucks on new golf clubs. "

Her answer... " Ok. "

The very next week, I told her that she needed to get the oil changed in her truck.

THAT was when she decided to argue with me.

I was flabbergasted that she wouldn't blink at me spending 300 bucks, but was gonna have an issue about a 25 dollar oil change.

Ladies...pick your battles...lol

Ok. So if C is your final answer because that is what YOU would prefer...

What makes you think women really want someone that much closer to A?? If answer A doesn't really appeal to YOU...keep in mind it really doesn't appeal to women either.

The fact that you would even consider B as an answer says that you don't have as much confidence as you think you do. If you were being facetious, I missed it.

Everyone deserves to be treated well. Without exception.

I do what I can, Rains. lol

I saw him getting berated and still missing the general idea.

I figured it would be better to give him a " real life " example of what people were trying to say.
