I can not imagine myself doing what gay men do to one another . This in itself tells me that there is something in them that the straight folks do not have . what is this something is anyone's guess at this point since science did not prove a thing yet . What gay men do to each other? Such as anal sex? You do know straight people do that as well, right? Swallowing the semen of one another....is is manly ?.!!!. Who are you to determine what is and isn't " manly "?? Remember I am a a man . So I know what the majority of men want . Swallowing semen, getting a penis in one's anus.....etc is not manly . Why?? I think we are all just folks and we all do unhealthy things. As far as Klinefelters Syndrome, studies have shown a correlation between that and some non heterosexuals, but no such confirmation of a causal relationship has been made. Citations, please. Most Klinefelter's patients grow up having to put up with this kind of abuse: My father kept saying that these would be the best years of my life. The years of junior and senior high were going to be the best that life could be. Such concepts give Stephen King the power to inhibit the dreams of cheerleaders everywhere, and for me, not much better, for I was fat. Had I simply been fat, it would have been tolerable. But I went beyond fat. I had breasts, and everyone I knew seemed to know it. Everyone, that is, except the doctors I went to see. Year after year, from when I was 12 until I was 19, every doctor said the same thing, "You're Fat. Go on a diet." I could almost read the minds of each one as I walked in their office for the first time. "Hello Tubby", was written on every scowl and grimace. Shall I continue! Homosexuality is Unnatural and unhealthy. My stepdaughter is a lesbian...she's happy and well adjusted after struggling harshly as a teen in dealing with the pressures to be "normal". Many gay teens kill themselves because they are shamed into it, they are constantly told it's not "normal". Suicide is not healthy. In the animal kingdom it's been observed that at least 10% are same-sex attracted. Explain that, I guess they need counseling huh? It's just mother nature...that's all, it's not a disease nor unnatural..it is what it is...natural to them. Leave them alone and let them pursue their happiness. I cannot believe it's 2010 and we're still stressing over this simple issue. IN the animal kingdom, a good number of species eat their own,, would that make it NATURAL for humans? |

WOW, you were right, "Conservapedia" which is a RW religious nutbag site (for the reality challenged) had this to say of "gay". "The gay life consists of immoral sexual activity, particularly homosexual or bisexual." all life consists of imoral activities,,sexual and otherwise. I dont agree with right wing that homosexuals are any more 'deviant' than any other unmarried fornicator(myself included). I am just of the belief that sex between the same gender is wrong,, the same as I feel about incest(who wants an uncle dad or an aunty mom?), the same as I feel about pedophilia(who wants their stepmom to still be in high school?), the same as I would feel about beastiality(need I even clarify the oddity there?). Not sure if anything in the bible covers any of these things, but I (along with others religious AND non religious) just have a conscious that says these are inappropriate relationships. |

But there is an association,, like it or not. People keep asserting that disapproval of homosexual lifestyles is synonymous with religion. That was the main reason to even add beastiality, which I think people would oppose with or without religion. Likewise, people oppose homosexual activity,, with or without religion. There are cultures which marry off their young children, it is accepted, but we FIND sex between child and adult,, wrong,,Why is that? Are we holier than thou when we judge those cultures? There are also those who marry within their family,(adults) and though they are 'in love' and it is their choice,, MOST people would stigmatize their behavior,,are those people hateful and holier than thou? Similar to incest between consenting adults or pedophilia within a culture that is consenting, the argument that people doing whatever makes them feel good should not be questioned or addressed (possibly as needing to change) is dishonest and pointless. Changes happen, people will agree and disagree with others choices, it should not be such a huge offense to discuss these differences in opinion. |
