Good evening all, I got good news today... I can bend my knee almost 100%.. The therapist was thrilled! Me too, means I'm getting better quick!... Hope you all are having a great day! That is wonderful. I have a friend that has been working on his and still after 4 years..he is only about 60%.. |

I would love to be but I cant even carry a tune in a bucket LOL. I am very involved with ringing the bell for Salvation Army. 
how did you become involved in that? My neighbor who is also a member of our Pennsylvania club asked if I would be interested in helping out. I said sure. Our community does the bell ringing for two grocery stores. |
