Snow guns? I'm trying to wrapmy mind around the concept..air compressors with large hoses.... Ah ha! I was close!  I just didn't know that you actually used the air to make it..I was thinking more like styrofoam!! Well, I;ve always heard of artificial snow, and no one everr cleared that up for me! hi Mary What are you up too today? Going to clean the house and make fudge. Tonight I am going to see Christmas lights with the kids. Tomorrow, cookie making day with Grandma Mary. Sunday, Gingerbread Day at Grandma Mary's (we all make Gingerbread Houses), and in the evening, big Lasagna Bake for the December Birthdays (we always have B'day suppers). What will you be up to, getting ready for your big get-together? Did you check out that roaster? |

no ...I cheated and bought potatoe salad. I have a honey ham and I am making your recipe for baked beans.I don't know yet what aother people are bringing so I always make sure I have enough for a meal on its own.

yeah...me too.The kids always laugh at me and say why do you ask for a pot luck when you do all of it yourself? But my family enjoys pot luck meals and it does help a lot.
How long should the beans be in the crock pot? On low or high? Does it matter? |

How long should the beans be in the crock pot? On low or high? Does it matter? Either. I usually put it on high until it gets all hot, then turn down to low to keep warm. You don't need to heat it for long, so maybe, a couple hours before....you don't want it to dry out. Because the meat, onions, and peppers are pre-cooked, all you are really doing is heating it through to marry the flavors. |

Just an update from our community, The Carolers are out and in fine voice. They are caroling to a lady 3 houses down and across the street. She was very suprised.

We have a big singing group. They split up into 4 groups of about 12 and go caroling this time of year.
