If you lived in AZ and you shot a dog for barking leashed or unleased they would throw you in jail with a big felony charge, and I agree with that You should be charged with a big time felony!!!!!

No, I think it is more than 2 years, this is actually a very conservative state.
However, they do have strict animal cruelty laws which I agree with. The subject here is dogs not people.

They may not actually jail you but you would have to put up bond, felony YES. Many news stories here about people being arrested for being cruel to animals. If you shoot a dog big time felony.
If the dog was actually trying to kill you probably not, but just because you do not like dogs and you think it MIGHT hurt you YES.
Dogs for some people are like their children. Also all the laws for animals nationwide are changing to protect them !!!!!!

I have seen you before in the forums, but one of your other pic's.
Yes I am sure England is way ahead of us in animal rights. I may go to England in 2010 (date not determined) acutually to work with dogs!!

It would only be at the most 3-4 weeks but I hope I can do it.

Would this scenario unfold nicely without bringing Christianity into it? I'm a Christian but the furthest thing from my mind would be to use a gun on dogs or cats. CATS for going through your trash?! Put a lid on it(literally).
Now, if these dogs are running at you with their lips all snarled up you need to stop taking your little ones out front until this is resolved. I'm wondering what triggered the neighbor to begin with that he sets his dogs loose on you. Hmmmm.

Sorry. This is a load of crap.

Why should he have to make a drastic change to what HE does just because his neighbor refuses to obey the leash laws??

Lemme tell ya...those dogs wind up biting one of his kids, there isn't a judge in this country ( well...maybe in California ) that would tell him " Well...you should have just stopped taking the kids outside through the front door ".
