Everyone is different myself I always answer all my e-mails before the end of the day. Most of mine are just friends. Hummm maybe someday it will be from one that is more so. Till them I love the e-mails I do get.

also remember on an given day a women will likely get more emails than a mail. The more attractive she is the more she will receive. Amazing how many guys think they are all that. How many women out there see an email from some guy and laugh at the fact that he thinks he has a shot?

I have sent messages and not gotten word back at all... you can see the section on send mail READ? CHECK. It sucks, but I have also mailed people who I hadnt heard from in weeks, even over a month. Somebody got back to me 2months later almost and we are going out soon, so you never reallllly knowww.

I agree that getting a "thanks but I'm not interested" response is the courteous thing to do, but I think a lot of people don't respond because if they do the other person may see this as a way to keep emailing them and try to start a conversation. So to keep this from happening some people don't bother with a response. It doesn't necessarily mean they are trying to be rude. Just my take.

The trouble I seem to have is we email a few times and then it sort of fades away. Does anyone else see this happening a lot? Yes and then it is more sporadic, out of the blue if it continues. |

It seems like lately any messages I send (and no not those types) to people are not responded back to. If one isn't interested fine, but at least tell me so. ...and once people started telling you they werent interested, you then could make a thread on how you hate being rejected how harsh people are.  You think? That would never happen here would it?

I tend to just message back people, or, in those rare times that I SEND a message, it's to someone I've already talked to on here and/or in PM. |

I have been on dating sites for almost 7 yrs. I have found out one thing. Most of the time it is a waiting game. If you are in a hurry you just lost out..
Everyone has there own life, we all have tons and tons of things to do, not everyone of us can be on the computer day in and day out.. some of us are random. Were the computer sits in are Front room so the moment we get to sit down for a few... we check are mass swamp of mail. most of the time it can take up to two weeks before you hear anything because some people can only us the library comp, or there jobs. or the kids up stairs.. LOOL.... and they are stingy.. NO MOM>>> in my home we have 7, computers and 5 of them work.. LOL... i have 2 just down stairs, then i have 3 laptops but only one works and then the 3 up stairs.... or something like that. a lot of times people have the new phones, and thy can tex you that way.. but most do not know how to use them.. LIKE ME>>>>>>>> lol no cell phone.... So don't get discourage... they are not on your time frame in life. if you want a quick response go get a pet.... |

Theres are tons of guys with abs and no body fat, that will jump on them in a minute, so why would they give us the time of day. I will tell you why they should, cause the guys that can have any woman they want will do just that, take any woman they want, then take another one, then another one. Until the woman gets sick of the players game, we don't stand a cold chance in hell. Oh well, just keep on keeping on and smile and dance

Where I am trying to go with this is the fact that women complain about being mistreated and played and yet they still run after that same type and don't give the real guys, whom they are begging for, a little fraction of a chance. I am not complaining, cause I don't want a woman like that, I am just making an observation. I don't mean to single women out, cause guys are the same way, they beg for these really good women but wont give them the time of day cause they are average or less in the looks department. It is sad really, but I understand that there also has to be an attraction to make love work. So it is kind of a catch 22 I guess. I don't know. |
