Abra -
happy happy, joy joy. Listened to it twice, then saved it, printed the words and posted them on my wall so I can see them and happy every time I sit at my computer. Then played the music again and danced and sang. Best I've felt in weeks. Only thing that can make it better is everyone else sharing it. Thanks so very much - hey, unbelievable, the sun is setting and for the first time in two days it's shining in my window, now - is that not fabulous. I'm going to listen to this song all night - well when I'm not joining in or listening to other here, that is. MANY MANY THANKS DEAR ABRA. What can I get you to drink, name it I promise we'll have it here for you. Come on everyone, rally round. |

I'm so sorry I wasn't here when you all cruised in.
AB, thanks for doing the carving Has everyone found all this great food? Have you all heard the "My Sweet Lord" instrumental? There has been plenty of wine sent for the occasion and soft drinks and an absolutely fully loaded bar. Now don't get carried away, but lets have some fun. Who's drinking what? I'm doing frozen Margarittas, with an extra shot, anyone care to join me? |

I just got done tuning my piano tonight. What a chore!
It was worth it though. It sounds much better now. I’m rehashing some old finger exercises and I’m pretending that I’m an angel playing a harp. (ha ha) Actually the piano contains a harp that holds the strings which the hammers strike. Not too long ago I had taken all the hammers out of the piano and cleaned them each individually with a toothbrush and bleach. They actually had mold growing on them! But now they look like brand new. This is an old piano though so I need to take the hammers back out again and reshape them. They are all hitting he strings flat-footed. It’s hard to play like an angel when stomping on the strings with flat-footed hammers. (ha ha) But I try. You people are making me HUNGRY! |

I am drinking cranberry apple juice ****tail from concentrate. (Always
Save brand). I know I am a shameless name dropper, lol. The piano ought to sound good when you get done, James. I can remember when my dad and me were salvaging metal to recycle so we could make money. I had a fifty pound sledge hammer and I can vouch for the fact that the brass sound board is hard to break. |

Abra, nourish thyself.
It's like being in Never, Never land. You think of it and you pretend to see it, smell it, imagine it being presented to your mouth and the next thing you know, you are here, sharing a feast that others have provided with their imagination. Maybe it more like a group psychosis, but what the heck, it's all in fun. I guess if you're going to play an instrument, you aught to be able to maintain it. Piano, lot of work, and patience. Rainbow, pass some of that jello shot cake you brought. |
