Kariz, no problem. It will be your job to pray for us sinners who
consume the flesh of the beast. And we will appreciate your the spirt with which you offer your good will. geez, I feel like 'mother nature' or something. |

Karizman, we don't need that barbeque - I just learned how to make
homemade seitan last week - organic, vegan, home-made. |

I make an amazing bbq sauce, in which I add fresh fruit by the way. It
can be peaches, or pineaple, or oranges, and sometimes plums and sometimes mixed up. It is always awesome. I also love to grill pinapples and mangos, and peaches and nectarines. I do not eat pork (I love the taste though)and I will eat beef to which I love to grill whole onions and garlic pods seasoned to perfection, with some bell peppers and zuchini. All grilled and seasoned and brushed with butter. I will bring steak kabobs marinated in my special sauce made with oils and spices and fruit juices, spiked with various vegetables and fruit. I can also make marinated veggies on skewers.I grow many veggies and my own herbs. I will bring fresh herbs if you would like to rub them on the pig. I can also bring lemonade with pineapple and lime ice cubes, and the vodka to add. And limeade with cherry and strawberry ice cubes, add vodka if you will. I grill corn on the cob in the shuck, cleaned buttered, salted and re wrapped in the shuck and foil wrapped then grilled to perfection. Is that enough? Kat I also love vegetables, all kinds. I like the them raw and grilled crisp. |

HI EVERYBODY, sorry I was out for so long.
Scttrbrn - by the powers vested in me by the great and powerful Wizard of JSH (is there one?) I hereby authorize you to be CHIEF CHEF of these proceedings. Anything brought to our feast unprepared, you will have designation over. It will be up to you and whoever you choose to help you, to make the taste tantilizing, work of arts for our big feast day. But, there are those around here that would be happy to offer some 'really good' ideas I'm sure. Tradewind - welcome to the feast. Wine, sounds like you and Bl8ant should cooridinate, she too thought wine would be good. As for me - bring it on - maybe we can have a wine tasting. How is everyone tonight? |

horray, another dessert by Pag - Angelfood cake, mmm is there an
underlying message there. There should be plenty of fresh fruit for that cake too. Scttrbrn, I've never really prepared a roast pig before, but AB had some suggestion early on about putting pineapple in the pit? I so can't wait for all this food. |

yeah, and wrap it in grape leaves too. You could put some oranges
inside,or apples, keeps it moist and adds flavor. Kat |

Scattr, apples in those grape leaves, yum.
Invisible, what's that song you're singing. Abra can you do harmonica to the song if she tells ya? Where's the guitars? Hey, did I ever tell you all, that for my 'Lutheran confirmation' my class had to present a complete Sunday service? Yea, the pastors son wanted to do the surmon, we were happy about that. We all agreed he would do something on (acceptance of others) *imagine that! I suggested we do a guitar service, no small feat as we had to make the pastor think it was NOT MY idea. There were three of us played guitar. Our big number was "My Sweet Lord" George Harrison. At the end, the Pastor called me aside, I figured it would be just another of those "you don't get it yet" lectures. Instead he just smiled at me and said - nice job! Guess he knew all along who was hosting the show. He always knew, darn! Can we do that song too? Ah - memories! |
