Yep, that's always been my favorite genre of video games.

yea it just seems to give a satisfaction once your finished knowing you made the right choices without much help from the designers that you dont get from other games

another best game ever, the monster hunter series, i feel accomplished with every kill, instead of just another grind, i love the realistic combat style, dodge out of the way hit when vulnerable, your a human so weak and must strategize. <3

Medievil (PSONE)- This game looked like something that Tim Burton would have thought up. It was funny and cool, and a great adventure game. To bad the sequel sucked, all but killing the chance of this becoming a franchise.

whoa gone old school with that lol thats like the first game i ever played and it was great in its own way but i prefer the new ones lol omg i cant wait for 3d gaming and horror games to mix or even first person shooters so you feel like your in the war =D

then il keep you in mind when im done with my game, you may like the design concept with the whole "in the war" no more of that omg im a one man army who saves the world XD

lol yea these fps games make war out as something fun but it would be a bit different if it felt like you were there and could see the bullets flying straight at you although that would be an r rated game it would have the potential to traumatise alot of young minds lol

Freedom Force, and Freedom Force vs The 3rd Reich

Very entertaining RPG/Strategy superhero games. As you progress through levels your superhero characters earn exp. so you can upgrade powers and add new ones. The games feel like the comic books of the 50's and 60's. Plus you can create your own superheros(or download them off the net)So yes, you can have Batman fighting alongside Spiderman(I even had Elvira, and Ash from Evil Dead in the game)

Plus it's a lot of fun throwing cars and destroying buildings.

SILENT HILL (PSOne)- I have tried out Alan Wake, and man did it ever remind me of Silent Hill. Konami's first foray into survival horror really turne out to be a horror, psychological game that really pushed your mind to the limit. I still love the setting of the fog, and how Harry was just a simple man trying to find his daughter. This game was scary. Alot of games proclaim that, but SH lived up to it. Dogs with no skin, kids all deformed and those sounds. If anything, the music and sound was enough to make you tense. I hate the sequels just never matched the original.

It is difficult to beat a game where the only way to even BEGIN the storyline is to be viciously murdered by a bunch of crazy, dead children with knives.

Ok, I get Game Informer magazine and in the one with LA Noire on the cover, there is an article talking about the lawsuit that is keeping DNF from being made. Lawsuit has been going on for years (I believe). That is why I said if only it would see the light of day. The article might be on gameinformer.com.
