I asked why would someone NEED AN AK47? It is terrible I look at virtually everyone as a probable killer now days. Suits, baggy britches, anyone. I look and wonder if they have a gun hiding somewhere. I worry if that car beside me has a gun and will pull it out at the flick of a bugger. I worry if my neighbor is going to shoot that guy for making too much noise..or if that argument across the street is going to find a gun battle and a bullet will go through my house..a window a door.
Too many people with guns and not enough control over their emotions and minds make me worry. I worry almost as bad for the guy that is clean cut and living well, as I do about a skinhead having a gun. People don't beat the hell outta you anymore. They just shoot them and cut them up. It is a sad new day in America. Kat I like my bat too. It stays by my bed. I don't carry it in my truck. |

it's not like it's a new thing
America has always been a heavily armed populace. Confederate soldiers in the Civil War were required to furnish their own weapons. The Peacemaker was the gun that settled the west. When the Thompson Machine Gun company couldn't sell it's new "Tommy gun" to the Army, Al Capone bought a thousand of em (they were legal at the time) it's not like this just happened |

Also I think all the states having different laws makes it too convenient for access. But that is just a thought. I don't know where to go with it. I am not up to having the gun debate today so ya'll will have to carry on without me on this one...lol |

and 300 of em were registration traceble to American gun stores |

Americans HAVE always had guns...but thing is...Americans have become crazy...crazier and crazier over time. I had them once...I won't anymore. I learned that I too could be as nuts as the next person with a gun. I still say..I am afraid of anyone with a gun. I don't care if they are trained...a slinger...or just an owner. They all scare me. I will not have one around my grandkids or me.
And especially if I were in a relationship with a man, that may get mad at me and shoot me with it. Happens all the time by crazy jealous controling men. Kat |
