what was the most excruciating physical pain you ever experienced?

hmm... prob when I had my gal bladder attach.. oh my god that hurt..an the funny thing, I was working at the hosp at the time and worked thru most of the pain till I couldn't stand it anymore, waited a good 45mins before I went to the ER.
But Im sure child birth will be worse

i was hit by a truck an i walked to the hospital i think i blacked out twice. 300 stiches in my right knee an road burn on 60 percent of my body. i droped a transmission on my foot. three weeks later i had 2 have the nail removed an the number didnt work

TONSILECTOMY!!! I would rather give birth to triplets (3) times with NO pain meds than have this procedure (outpatient!) done again at age 35!!!

It's a toss up...
About 5-6 yrs. ago I was attempting to bathe my horse...I tied him to the backboard post on the cement backetball court...(would have been too muddy down by the barn)...started low and slow with the water, then lathered him up...and again low and slow with the water for a rinse. I was holding the clip to his lead rope, he freaked and went behind the post pinning my forearm between the lead clip and the post  ...1200 lbs. of pressure against my arm. I thought for sure either my hand was going to be severed or explode. Luckily he let up and I was able to free my arm/hand, suffered a little tissue damage...nothing broken. ^ ^ ^ That was almost as bad, if not more so than giving birth to my twins. Nick, "baby A", made his enterance just fine! His brother Bob, baby "B", was not so willing to cooperate...so the Dr. took his BIG MAN SIZE HAND and went in after him!!! *in my bestest Gilda Radner voice*... OMG!!! ~ I thought I was gonna die! When I fell off a platform and landed on my whole left side on a sidewalk.

Funny, out of all the critical injuries I've had, including that heart attack the 4th, the WORST pain I ever had was a damn dentist shoving a needle behind my eye tooth up into the roof of my mouth. It really felt like he was drilling for fluid in my freakin' eyeball with a hot poker. And it lasted like...forever.
Usually when in action or critically injured, that adrenaline rush/time dilation is cool. I hate to love it but I do. Everythings so clear and in SUCH slow motion...and you fel no pain (until later). SO..the next time I have anything like that done, I'm asking him to pin me dowm behind the chair with some gunfire first! That s**t HURT!!!

When I broke my pelvis in an auto accident...you cannot put a cast on that and you must limit mobility for 6 weeks. It was killer!

For me it would be when I scalded my whole front, yes even my genitals. The pain of the burn was nothing compared to the blisters trying to heal on my man hood at the horny age of 14.

I spilled coffee in my lap once on the way to work but I jumped out of the truck and snatched my pants down (IN TRAFFIC) before it burned me badly . Thank God for thermal underwear. |
