2 1/2 days ago I checked my weight, I was 223, tonight I checked myself out, (know that when I check it out, I'm naked, so my clothes dont add) and I now weigh 214, I thought the scale was broken, but I checked and checked, there is nothing wrong with it!!! I'm so proud of myself! WOOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

just remember babe...

if you eat a 1000 calories or less a day,

than you are losing weight.

And if you eat too less, your body will start storing fat, in fear of starving, and you will gain the weight back quickly.

So please...

dont just eat a handful of beans, or a 1/3 of a cucumber a day. Thats not enough.

than you are losing weight.

And if you eat too less, your body will start storing fat, in fear of starving, and you will gain the weight back quickly.

So please...

I've had this conversation before, lol. I know everything. lol. But I promise to you that once I am at my goal weight, I will eat VERY healthy, and exercise, and all that good stuff, even if I gain a little weight, but I'll be able to burn it off, I know I can. I've been big for far too long, and tried every diet and exercise known to man, it doesnt work, so I'm trying this. It's not like I'm NOT eating, I'm just not eating a whole lot. lol. Believe me, once I'm at my goal weight, I want to be able to jog, and join a sport, it's going to be awesome!

I'm sorry to tell you that once you start eating again, you are going to gain back fast.. believe me, been there and done that.. I worked in the medical field and know what I am talking about.. If you continue eating as little as you are, your body will shut down...you need to take it off slowly, 1-2 lbs a wk.

Good job on the diet...keep up the crunches for the skin and strengthen your core muscles you will burn more fat that way

I've been taking two pills of Hydroxycut, and eating very little. I walk everyday as well. Today I had tons of water, and a few steamed brocoli, (a few is 3) and a piece of chicken the size of a lighter. The Hydroxycut makes me wired, so I can only take up to 2 pills a day, but I'm only on my first week of it, it says I'll be able to take up to 6 pills a day, wow, my heart might explode. lol. I get so much energy that I turn on the music and just dance. The most fattening thing I've had in the past week was I had a total of 4 1/2 beers. (Not all in one night) My biggest meal was on Saturday, My boss bought Pizza, I had two slices with 2 bread sticks, then finished the last 5 slices within a weeks time, about 1 a day, lol. I'm so excited!!!!

With the way that you are NOT eating, you'll gain the weight back and then some when you're done. The key is to eat healthy foods in healthy serving sizes and exercise. It should come off slowly and stay off easier. Your body is going to think you're starving it and
and try to hold onto the weight even harder.

I do wish you the best with this, Jessica. I know how difficult it is to lose weight.

You need protein and carbs for brain food too.

She is losing too quickly!! The way that she's eating will take away muscle too.
